Didn't sound too bad. The Hercules diesels spit and stumble when cold. It will most likly sound a little rough when started, until its warmed up. Good job, looks like it should be done by May.

My gramps Howard van Driest was Experimental Engineer at Cletrac and Oliver Corporation. After the plant closed, he and my uncle started an excavating business, initially using Cletrac and Oliver Crawler tractors.

Thanks for all the positive comments.
We can't wait until it's finished. We ran it longer a few days ago and it did smooth out and start firing on the cylinder that was missing. We started the rebuild in september 09 right after i was laid off. I went back to work last week but we should have it finished for the May show.
