HG, OC-3, OC-4 & General / OC 3 Starter Motor

I'd initially posted this in what appears to be the wrong place, so if it looks as if I'm repeating myself - it's just a "Senior Moment"!

I've recently purchased a 1952 OC 3 -60 with an IXB-3 Engine here in New Zealand and found the Starter Motor to be a little the worse for wear. The Starter has been removed and taken to an Auto Electrical shop for repair and I have been informed that the Armature, which had previously been repaired elsewhere, is shot and needs replacing. Finding one of these in New Zealand is somewhat difficult, the option being an expensive rewire which may (or may not) stand the test of time, so obtaining parts ex-USA seems a better option with an armature being more practical than a complete starter considering the comparative weights and, therefore, freight costs. The ID plate on the Starter is a little defaced, obliterating the Model but it is a 6 Volt Delco Remy device as fitted, as I mentioned above, to an IXB-3 Engine. I would be grateful if anyone could kindly point me in the direction of a reliable source for an armature so I can move my old girl around the property as I can't hand crank due to the fitment of a front mounted Hydraulic tank and pump to operate the blade. Recently acquired a 1952 OC 3-60 to go with my 1943 Hybrid Allis C/BE. These two have even more recently been joined by a second Allis, this time an EB of unknown (as yet) age. Three Tractors on five acres - do I have enough?
