Title: Recommendations engine rebuilder in MD/PA - Ray please read.
Post by: mleves on April 01, 2005, 03:54:03 PM
Recommendations for a good engine rebuilder in the Maryland or Southern
Penn areaââ,¬Â¦

Iââ,¬â,,¢m Seriously thinking of letting someone else rebuild my OC46 3 cylinder
Gas engine & would like to know of anyone qualified to do the work.

Itââ,¬â,,¢s complete, runs ok with no smoke, low oil pressure, worn valves
(as seen with valve cover removed),  slightly leaking head gasket, and
no visible cracks in the block/head.

I think I might just get a complete rebuild with new lower end bearing, rings, gaskets, etc.

Ray,  Iââ,¬â,,¢m wondering what a ââ,¬Å"ball parkââ,¬Â  dollar amount would be for you guyââ,¬â,,¢s to do the work (parts & labor)?

Thanks for your time/input
