Title: E 38 questions?

I am looking at purchasing what I think is a model E 38. On the right side of it is a plate that says E 38" and has a serial # of 7B82. I have looked around and cannot find anything to go with that serial #. I have some pics, but don't know how to post them on here. I am not sure that value of it. The engine is stuck and a few pieces are missing. 
Any info is appreciated.

That should be a early 1934 pre-steamlined model with a hercules OOC engine . What other #s are you looking for?
