Title: Hart-Parr Oliver vs. Oliver Heritage for OC-3/HG
Post by: Nick C. on October 30, 2006, 04:08:40 PM
I just signed up for a subscription to Hart-Parr Oliver magazine thinking that it would help me in articles relating to the OC-3's and HG I own.  I then came across a brochure that Landis Zimmerman gace me a couple of years back for the Oliver Heritage magazine.  Before I subscribe to this one as well, I wanted to get opinions about these two magazines and how each one relates to the OC-3 and HG model crawlers.  I know that typically they may only have one article relating to Cletrac and Oliver crawlers, but is one better or more focused towards crawlers than the other?  I have all IH tractors and a couple of subscriptions towards them, so I am really only interested in the crawler aspects of these magazines (not Oliver tractors) .... although, occasionally I do like to broaden my horizons.   :D

I get Oliver Heritage and like it a lot. The Cletrac articles Landis has written have been really good - though I've found a few errors

It's really a nice magazine.

Thanks Blake!  I ended up subscribing to both.  I guess I'll be able to see for myself the comparison between the two for at least the next year.
