Title: oc3 jumping time

my oc3 jumps time. I heard something about a bushing being bad by the gov. what do I do to fix it? where do I get a new bushing?

:)Jumping time is common for these tractors according to Landis Zimmerman as the blind bushing in the housing on the front of the motor breaks out allowing the coupling to dissengage on the mag. Just order a bushing from Landis and take off the front cover and replace the bushing, not a big chore. Just did mine and was easy fix. His no. is 717 7382573  good luck.  Tim

thanks for the info tim. the more i thought about it it made sense that the gov. gear could move out to far and seperate from the mag. so i measured what was left of my old bushing and made a new one myself. haven't run it much yet but seems to work.  thanks again  jerry
