My father has an old Cletrac, from before the second world war using
kerosene fuel (gasoline to start the engine).
I do not know which model it is (note that this model was sold in
France).
It looks like some "H" model, could anybody confirm or correct me ?
Unfortunately, the radiator cap with the "Cletrac" sign was lost. As it
would be a good idea for a present, does anybody know a place I colud find one
(even rebuilt).

My first thought is that the radiator, hood, fuel tank and steering are wrong, but something else might be up.
Can you get us some more photographs? Get some of the engine, the rear end of the tractor, including the transmission and where the steering levers are. See if you can find any numbers on the tractor and engine. There should be a brass tag on top of the transmission.
Does the radiator say anything on it? It's a nice radiator, but does not look Cletrac at all.
Good luck.
