Title: OC-3 Anderson Blade
Post by: kyle on November 25, 2009, 03:01:26 PM
I am looking for some information for the Anderson Blade Hydraulics on a 52 OC-3. I need to rebuild the control valve and would like to know if anyone has any information on seals or possibly a manual of some sort.

There is really not much to the controls. You can pull the existing seals and get numbers off of them. Napa usually has these.

Do you have a name and or a casting number on the valve? Gresen is a popular brand for one. Also remember a seal kit only keeps the oil from leaking out and dirt from getting in. If your blade does not hold position it is not the seals.

the casting number in the valve body is A115. It also has the following numbers stamped into it C1310-1FC-3 and 1000. I removed one o-ring in the valve body and one o-ring between the valve body and the mounting plate. There is also a gasket between the two halves of the housing once i took it apart. The o-ring are easy enough to find replacements but the gasket I would like to replace with something new. I would also like to know if there is more than one o-ring that goes into the housing around the valve cylinder. Does anyone know if there are any manuals for the anderson blade hydraulics? Thanks for the replies!
