I am an Allis guy at heart too with a B and a CA. I also got a cletrac to work on. Good luck, when it runs the first time she might come 'round and get the bug too. I lost a G/F last year over buying the AC-B!

Serial number is on the dash toward the left side. Now engine wise is it a gas or disel? Also the later gas engines are of larger displacement than the older ones. Parts wise where are you located. Engine parts are the same as an Olivere 77 wheel tractor, but I need to know more details before I can cross it over. Also there were 2 different number set ups.

O. K. Let us play this game. Close to the starter are 3 casting numbers. What are they? Does your engine have a seperate belt to run the generator or is there just one fan belt that drives the generator and the water pump?

Your 7 digit number the vertical number should be on the right rear flange of the block. It is the engine serial number. The 1M100B is the Oliver casting number, the 185 220 is the Waukesha casting number. I will probably see 2 model 77 tractors tomorrow. I will compare engine numbers. Did you find 3 rivet holes on the dash where the serial number tag would have been located?

My apologies too Blake, but you deleted my post but not the offensive reference to Mexicans. We are all just visitors to this great land and this great thing called life, yes?
If a Mexican guy wants to come on here and chat about his US-Built crawler? Are we to judge him?

To beat a dead horse...And off topic still. I don't think he meant it that way. I think everybody needs to just forget it all happened.

Back to the subject. I don't know anything about OC 6s so I can't help you, but wish you luck. Post a pic if you can figure how. It might save alot of words. People here love pictures! :D

Hey Bob. I hate to dig my heels in, but honestly, if he meant nothing by it he'd have said California, wouldn't he?

And yes, I agree, some pics always help.
You need to scroll down to figure out how to post em...click on upload attachment.
Its a lot easier than it used to be on here.
