Title: TO oliverchris... YOUR "ELECTRIC BLADE" hg
Post by: da-choppa on May 03, 2011, 06:23:18 PM
YOUR profile shows a listing with a "1945 Orange HG42 with electric snowblade"

Do you have ANY pix to share of how the front is mounted? I recently bought a vintage 12V electric hoist , supposedly capable of 1500 lb lift (minimum)and wish to build a blade/frame etc.

Would like to know your thoughts on how yours works..

Anyway, got any pix to share? I am going to build my own frame, like I said and would like to see what this one is all about before commiting to the design I have in mind.

thanks!

Hope these are of interest....the set-up is mounted in the usual way, but the rear is tied to the front drawbar support for extra strength
