It's an Oliver OC-3 with an Anderson dozer blade set up. Made between 1951-1957, it's not a Oliver HG because of the plain idlers, HG had spoked idlers.
Try to find the serial number plate for a positive identification. You can't necessarily go by the idlers as we have an HG with the solid idlers.
Dozer and hydraulics look just like mine, a 1956.
ok i found two plates both having A.C.Anerson on them
this is the second plate,
is the yellow color from it being industrial? and not farm use?
where will the id plate be for the tractor part, all i find is the blade part?

There should be an ID tag on the tractor too. Look on the back of the bell housing or along the frame near driver's right foot.
We have a 53 OC3-42 IND or 42 inch gauge Industrial that looks an awful lot like that. Our serial number is in the 350XXX range, and the plate is located on the right side of the bell housing on ours.
