Got a chance to purchase what the owner says is a factory setup.
I see from the pictures that it hase round tube "struts" heading back to the rear.
Is this correct?
My OC-3 has the anderson setup. I have the hood and grill off and will try to get some good pictures of it tonight if i get a chance.
There's quite a few slightly different Anderson configurations, Dave. Some with two side pistons and hyd tank on side (front or back), some with one front piston (I have seen two different kinds of those) with hyd tank behind grill or on side, then there's the over the hood 'Imp' one with the big anvil lever at the front and hyd tank over the hood. The green one you have posted has one front cylinder. Slider's one has two side cylinders and hyd tank behind grill.
If you buy that set-up make sure you get the rear mounting plates that hold the rear of those push arms with the U-bolt brackets. Silder's set-up has more extensive mounting plates that strengthen the frame at the same time. This is a rear mounting plate off an OC3-31 with single front cylinder.
Here are some more pictures of mine that I took last night. The others were from the rebuild last summer. I have a few more pictures but I am having a hard time posting. Let me know if you would like to see them and I can e-mail them to you.
thank you both for the information and photos.. I'll keep my eye open for all those parts o be sure its complete!
thanks
Hi, I have many photos from a rebuild a few years ago. Is there anything in particular that you need to see? Mike
