I have a question about the W model. Today while takeing some part apart i found a maron color under the gaskets so i assume it came from the factory that color. Blake what do you have to say
Just a guess, but it could be red lead paint.
My gramps started working for Cletrac painting the bottom of tractors with red lead paint and a brush. Worked his way up to Experimental Engineer.
No i don't think this is a primer it has a gloss to it. Color is to far off to be red lead primer. I have also found spots of this color on the front idlers and track frames. Sanded through it and think there is a primer
