Anyone notice the AD on ebay?

I was interested in it, but the seller refuses to let you come see the machine. I'm only a little over an hour away and that strikes me as kind of ridiculous. Has anyone else here contacted him? My guess is the seller doesn't own it & just trying to sell it on commission.
It tells in description they are consignment sellers. I would never spend that kind of money on an AD without actually seeing it in person, or them knowing I could refuse to buy it if it wasn't to my standards.
It does look pretty decent, some track wear of course, but very straight. I have an AGH with that blade setup and it is a very nice little tractor, very well balanced and the blade is very responsive.

Yeah, it does look decent, and it really sucks the goofball refuses to let me see it as I'm only a little over an hour away. I've been looking for an AD like that for years. There is no way I'll pay anything close to what he's asking for it without looking it over. To make matters worse the description is very weak. He doesn't even say if the motor is free.
Doug, this is a little off topic, but I see you have an AD2. It didn't come from Ny a couple years ago? And do you have any spare engine parts for that buda?
Bob
Bob, I actually have 2 AD-2's. No, neither came from NY. First one my Dad owned back in the 1960's. He sold it to a guy who rebuilt the engine and screwed up, one cylinder siezed up & cracked the sleeve. I got it back a few years ago. The other came from a local junkyard, motor apart and rusty. So, the plan was to try to make one out of the two engines. I really don't have any parts to sell as I'm not sure what I may need.
I understand Doug. I have an ED2 with a cracked head in the water jacket area, and it leaks water into the crankcase. It runs good, but the leaking water thing...
