Title: E-38 PARTS
Post by: Bill Kycia on March 28, 2015, 02:39:38 PM
Ihave,a fairly complete 37 E-38 that I bought for parts, and have taken tracks front idlers and a couple bottom rollers. It is a very early styled model with no aircleaner or exhaust up through hood.It has a power pulley assembley, but housing is broken. Break is clean and could be repaired by a good welder of cast iron. This tractor is pretty worn out and set in a field for 25 plus years.  Engine stuck, manifold broken etc.If anyone could use some parts let me know.Hating to say this ,I am most likely going to scrap it. Tractor is in CT.   Bill  E-38 K-20 AND W

Does anyone know if the PTO off this tractor  (e-38) will fit my 20c?

I think there is a good chance of it, but not absolutely sure.

The pictures of the back of the main cases look very similar... I might just go for it!

Should be the same case, unless they made minor changes over the years.

Only thing that would be different is the driving gear in the transmission. Easy to pop it off the donor tractor and put it on yours.
