I'd check with Zimmerman they probably know and have what you need in stock. I'm new at this too but between this site and Zimmerman, what a resourse of information is avalible. Good luck Zimmerman's phone number is 717-738 2573 and they are listed as a parts sourse in the clasified section on this site.

First of all I would go with rebuilding your pump not unless money is not an object. Industrial engine water pumps are a complete different ball game than automotive (car & pickup pumps) Parts are available from several sources. They take about an hour to rebuild. The shaft and bearing is the expensive part. A friend of mine had his brand X tractor water pump rebuilt $400.00. Se why you need to check this out. Send me a U2U and I will send you the price of a KIT.

For any parts for the GO or 3 cylinder diesel equipped OC-4, look in the classifieds on here. There's a guy from Canfield, Ohio who advertises lots of parts. More reasonably priced than those other guys.

Rebuilding it is fairly easy.  Most times all you need is the bearing assembly and seal.  If the impeller is badly scored, it might need replacement or a special self-sealing seal (sounds redundant).  Zimmeran, and a few other places stock the parts.  Around $50 as I recall.

JD is close in price, Last I checked the shaft is about 45, Seal is from 7-12 depending on which style you have , I did not have to price impeller and figgure 5-10 for gaskets. I have a GO Hercules pump at the farm which may or may not be the same, but this weather has to change before I can get in the building, Not too much ice melts when it is below Zero. Do you have a casting number?

Kat, just go to the Cletrac.org home page and click on "Advertisements & Classifieds", then go to "View My Classifieds". Or you can probably just go to this link: http://pub8.bravenet.com/classified/sho ... 0076&cpv=2 (http://pub8.bravenet.com/classified/show.php?usernum=614450076&cpv=2)

I just finished rebuilding the pump on my OC3. The kit from Zimmerman was about $46 including shipping. New shaft and bearings, stainless steel seal (won't break like the ceramic ones) and gaskets.
The impeller needs to be machined down because the seal is longer, it might be worth getting one from them that's already modified .
