Title: Waaaaah hooo! and thank you

It's working.  The clutch problem (besides linkage geometry) was that the clutch disk had to be installed flywheel side towards the flywheel.  I have an IXB SL from a Minnie BF.  The clutch and flywheel is different from the the one I used in my setup on the bench.  Thanks much to Mr. Gibby and Demarrias.  My variations: custom turned TO bearing carrier and I used the parking brake mount from the early Model A transmission to mount the gas tank bracket.  I especially liked the Demarrias propeller shaft.  I wouldn't have thought of using the 3-point bushings for the clutch shaft either.
