Title: Hydraulics for a loader
Post by: Bill Hunter on March 31, 2004, 05:18:36 PM
I have made a clamshell type bucket that atatches to my dozer blade so I can also use it as a loader. I would like to use the valve that operates the 3 pt. to tip the bucket.  should I use a diverter valve or a quick connect set up ? I think if I can make one of the rams that tilts rigid it will give me tilt when using only the dozer. Also who would you recomend as a suplier for hydraulid rams, valves and hoses ?

Hello Bill,

I can't help you on the diverter question but I can suggest a vendor for the rams hoses and valves. I have been real happy with CSC in Salinas. 721-B Abbott St. 831-757-3009.

Thanks Jim I'll check with them tomorow. I tried the setup yesterday to see if it was worth the expence and was pleased just using chains to hold the bucket . Sure do enjoy this little tractor thanks for the info before I got it.
