Congratulations Eric on finding this project. I think you have a very unique machine there that will be the star of any show you take it to.
I presume it has an IXB engine. Do you think the cylinders are shot? I wonder if you can find oversized pistons anywhere? You can have it bored and have dry sleeves pressed in. Just make sure they don't make the fit too tight - I've seen engine blocks split right down the middle between the cylinders due to sleeves too tight.

These later OC's had the three cylinder G 130 Hercules motors in them. They are sleeved, and have over head valves in them. They were available either gas, or diesel. Mine is gas. Parts are expensive, but available. Shouldn't be too bad of a project, it's just finding the time that hurts.
Yes, we had an engine block split the long way in our OC-6 from being frozen with water left in the water jacket.
