Title: Oliver oc-3
Post by: tcr on September 25, 2004, 01:08:42 AM
I recently purchased  what I belive is an oliver oc-3, with a ware loader. as of now I did not find any serial  #, but it is still quite caked up with grease and dirt. I am presently in the process of removing the motor for a overhaul, as i belive it is froze up anyway since it was sitting for about 10 years without any sparkplugs.  this is great having a site like this, i'm looking forward to learning as much as possible about this crawler, and hopefully contributing some info, this seems like a place with a lot of knowledgable contributors. I will surely have questions in the future.     Thanks alot for this site.

Welcome to the Oliver-Cletrac family!  These are fun little machines.  I too have an OC3 with a ware loader.  If you have any questions about your loader, Ware Machine Works in Mass is still in business.  They can provide manuals and parts and if you give them your serial number, they can tell you when your loader was shipped, who it was shipped to, and where.  Their email is: WareMachineWks@cs.com

thanks for the info. I will do that soon. right now I just finished pulling the motor and set it up in my garage.  It is froze and the exaust manifold is rotted thru at #4 cyl.  I will have a little work ahead of me but winter is coming.
thanks again.
