I will have to look again at the firewall. I looked in a Wisconsin book that I forgot I even had and it appears that on most of the other Wisconsin engines they used the Tillotson carb so I wouldn't be suprised if yours is right.

Got the head off of the tractor yesterday, and every cylinder has rust and dirt it the sleeves. I finally got the 3 lifter covers off after being very careful with them.

I am wondering if someone can supply a picture of the carb setup for this tractor, and the model of the carb, so I can begin the search for that.

Also, does anyone know where the serial number on the tractor frame is?

Hi Bob. Thanks for the info.

I will have to start searching for the carb. The engine is stuck I believe right now, and may have a loose connecting rod. The timing gears and everything looks really good for having the oil pan off for who know how long. I will be careful with the lifter holders. I worked on a SU Wisconsin engine very similar to this one, but never figured what the covers were made of so I treated them like gold. I forgot to mention I have a clutch brake for it I believe, and the hood and oil pan also.

My other tractor is a 20K rolling chassis that my dad or grandpa picked up over twenty years ago, and a couple of years ago I decided to restore it and started looking for the engine for it. My dad bought a tractor from a gentleman, and when we looked at that tractor I found a Doodle Bug with the correct engine in it I believe, so the plan is to put them together.

Hello everyone, I just joined the site finally after picking up my 2ND Cletrac crawler yesterday. I believe I have a 30B tractor with a Wisconsin GT 6 Cly. engine. It is missing a few things such as the carb that someone stole off of it from the previous owner, and some other things that have yet to be found. The engine clutch is also apart and might be missing something if someone can identify. I am looking for any general info on this machine, or where or what kind of carb/ any other items to be looking for. Thank you, Jeremy
