What is the serial number  of your AG4 , I just came across one with number 18010, no CLETRAC on top of radiator.

Hi Niko,  so I am presuming that you have tried to start the tractor, and you believe the governor is not working correctly? I like to get the tractor started and idling before I adjust the governor. Good luck with your new project . Post some photos when you can

If you look in the W or K parts book it will show the Insert style of bearing, not a babbit type. Someone must have used babbit as a fix during a previous overhaul. You might be able to melt out the Babbit material and find standard insert bearings. I would definitely keep looking for a W or K engine with two bolt holes on each motor mount

Hello Bill, yes the later W engine is the same as the K engine. The early Ws used the Weidely engine, it would work but they only had one bolt for each engine leg mount. The later Ws that have Cletrac on the engine data plate, should have two bolts per leg mount

I have never heard of a K20 with Babbitt bearings? I would list your want ad on the Cletrac.org Facebook site. Good luck with your search

The main jet on a carburetor I usually the largest jet. Start with the jet 1-1/2 turns open. Start engine and open throttle quickly. If it back fIres open up the main jet a little until it doesn't backfire when throttle is open rapidly.

Explanation of Controlled Differential Steering

A few gears on the side that will not spin. There should be no disconnect of power to  either track.

Hello Mike. I would first determine what type and weight of oil is on your differential.  It needs to been GL 1 in type and depending on your climate where you live, I would say start out with 90 weight. With Cletracs Controlled Differential Steering, one track slows down, the other track speeds up proportionaly. Power to both tracks all the time. If you only have one track that is working, then I believe you have broken

Glad you found the clutch  problem Bill. I did not see your E62 on YouTube. Is your model E62 unstyled?
