Hello. Im mike, im a new member and havent figured out how to get my profile info on here yet. I may be posting in the wrong location as well. I have recently aquired a BDH dozer. I have a stuck engine clutch so i started it and put it against a tree to see if it would brake free but what i noticed is that the right track stopped pulling and the left seemed to speed up. I pulled back on the left lever to apply the brake to try to put power to the right track but it didnt help. Ive never been on a cletrac and assume there should be full power to both tracks despite traction differences from one side to the other. Do any of you know of a cause of this condition? I dont see evidence of the axle slipping in the sprocket. Any help would be,appreciated. Im from north Carolina just fyi since i havent completed my profile yet.
Thanks.
By the way, I made the starting it up sound simple but 6 stuck injector plungers, cleaning lift pump, and now working on a stuck exhaust valve and an injector allowing compression to bleed back inside. The engine clutch is still stuck but if its running good Ill prop the clutch down and do a days work pushing dirt it will probably break it loose. The track not pulling concerns me. It actually seemed to be working just driving around and turning but when it got under load it stopped pulling on the right.
Thanks.
