Well, still have the m2, but work has slowed down.  I got to get more blasting done, before I set the engine back in m2.   Also so I have traded for three m4a1 high speed tractor.  but hope to make one m4 out of 3 .   I like to take junk and make so thing out of it.That the fun .

scott. all I can say is , WOW    That is one of the nices m2 I.ve  seen.  You sure did a great job on this one.   Thanks for the pictures.   I got a cckw 353 m27 b1 bomb truck to restore, and  I am also buying a cckw 353 cargo tipper , all was  for the ww2 air corp.   I will send a email. thanks  wendell

  Well, I found some valve stem locks. Now I can put the Hercules engine back together.   The halftrack valve stem locks are the same as the Hercules, I got a lot of halftracks parts. vj

thanks  od-gmc    well , I don,t have much done on the m2. When I get the engine running , Ill send a picture. the m2 is all apart now, but got some parts blasted and painted. hood,pto, gas tank, tank support, fire wall.    I done the valves, all done but lost one half valve lock. must been in the oil pan. This m2 need a lot of work but that fun for me. I will restore what I got, then go from there.  I got 3 halftrack, ww2,  5 ton ihc semi. cckw bomb truck but cckw need restoring. I need to finish my 70 dodge challanger440 six pak,  I live in TN. an army  retiree.     huey and Blackhawk crewchief. thanks wendell

Well, still doing a few things on the mg-1  or m2 hst.  I got piston rings from hasting, and got them back in the wxlc3 engine. Did blasting on several parts and primered. Also got hold of other m2 folks, so all is looking good. It take time to restore anything, but its a lot of fun.

Well, I got my wxlc3 Hercules engine out of the m2 and taken apart. All looks great, but need a good cleaning, I will  blast engine with black diamond and paint grey.  I got a nos gen. and voltage reg.  and gauges to go back one.   

Thanks Blake, I like your website and its great.  I like working on old vintage machines. Also not too good at the computer.  The pictures are great to look at. Me and my nephew has restored several ww2 vehicles., We always have them in the veterans day parades.  They have a lot of car and tractor show here.  I got the MG-1 at a fair price so I have started take it apart.  This is the fun part.  Just like to talk with any owners.  I am working on a m2 and a cckw 353 m27  bomb truck, also going to buy a cckw353  dump bed  for cargo and bomb hauler. All is for ww2  air fields bomber support.
