Hi. Unfortunately, there isn't much traffic here. More members are on Face B**k. It looks like a good starting point.
68 represents the 68 inch spacing of the tracks (center to center).
The 68 is a desirable model. Not super rare but not the very common 42".
Where are you located? Maybe a knowledgeable nearby person will chime in.

There is a company manufacturing new halftrack tracks. They can make them for the Cletrac also although the tread design does not match the original Cletrac tread.

The Cletrac HG and Oliver OC3 are pretty common since there were many built over more than 10 years. They are close cousins with similar appearance. The manufacturer's plate can be found on the bell housing. If present, it will say what model and serial number. From the serial number you can determine the year of manufacture.
Most were used hard so I would inspect the frame where it attaches to the transmission and where it attaches to the track frame.
I can't say to much about the value. I see parts machines asking $500-$800 and runners $2000-$3000. The 68" gauge machines are less common.

I'm not sure if I am stating the obvious but have you tried Zimmerman Oliver Cletrac in Ephrata Pennsylvania USA?
Been in business for about 40 years. Very knowledgeable.
I worked in Darwin Lanc in 2012 and stayed in Preston. Really enjoyed the area.
