Cletrac AD .Hercules 4 cylinder diesel head

Howdy!. Where can I find a cylinder head for a Cletrac AD model with a hercules 4 cylinder diesel? A friend of mine traded an old car for this crawler  . It has been sitting outside  for 20 years Without the head!  The dozer was running  but had problems.   The folks that owned it took the head to the machine shop but never picked it up .Needless to say..  the engine is FROZEN, won't turn over with the bar  He has put reg. motor oil in the cylinders.I did suggest A.T.F.  but...
 My friend is talking about repowering it with something else. Any ideas what will fit?
 Of course it suffers form some of the same problems that I am reading about on these posts, stuck shifters ect .He took off the  acess Covers  off the transmission area It looks mostly clean with some medium to heavy,  rust on a couple of the  pto gears for the winch . I didnt see a gear shifter but there was a hole for one , and there is a small cover with  a missing small handle on it  and what looks like a detent valve underneath ,but there seems to be nothing that it goes to, or something else is missing.
  My friend was told the machine is in neutral and it will roll but not really easy .  I am an Auto mechanic, not a heavy machinery mec. Me I'd like to see it run , but this may be a basket case ,and there is still the injector , water punp ect to go through
Yes.... he has  all of the pushrods rocker arms  ect  any advice!  LOL  Thanks.... John

I have a head with your name on it. Came off a tractor with a seized engine. I think it is good. Can send pics, and possibly ship. E-mail me and I will tell you a price and we can hash it out.

The one shifter with the detent should be for the PTO engauge / disengauge. I have a complete one of those and a gear shifter too. Let me know what else you need.
