Is there a serial number stamped on a 20 k somewhere besides the plate on the engine? The plate on the engine is missing and I would like to know the year. How does the oiler with the plunger in front of the steering wheel work?

The serial # is on the frame rail by the gas tank. The oil system worked good (i guess) If everything is clean, good shape and hooked up properly.
