old track uses?

I got a set of used rebuilt tracks and  sprockets for oc-46 from Zimmermans this winter.Im pleased as punch with how they work.They stay on! The old tracks were very worn.Now the question is what to do with the old tracks.Are they scrap? If so its a darn good grade of it .Any ideas? What about the sprockets?

The tracks would be good for a muddy section of road bed. I'm saving a few sprockets for tool pedestal bases for grinders and small drill presses.

Yep roll them up with the rail in and it gives it a place to get air in too. Could roll up with rail on outside and have a place to put your feet and they wouldn't flop all over if you went to move it.

Good for mailbox holders too

You could weld them around the circumference of farm tractor wheels... i.e., sans tires. You sure wouldn't have to worry about wheel weights.

Or, you could weld the links together in an artsy manner and make a fountain for your front yard.

Paths between the vegetable beds, and as Blake suggests, I saw a large set 'artsy' welded into an amazingly life-like metal alligator one time!!!

You can pull them behind your cat on the logging roads to keep the weeds out
