Dick Wolcott from Oneonta, NY & Salt Springs, FL.
For background info, I've had HGs for some 25 years. The first was a HG68 with a 230 inch Plymouth 6 cyl and 3 spd trans. Did have to redo the frame because of all the weight up front, but it worked great until the engine finally went south.

Subsequently built an HG42 out of 3 donors and did the Model T transmission conversion, which is written up on this site somewhere. Had a time of it getting the magneto timed correctly, but it seems great now. Also fabricated an up/down & tilt plow mounted on a frame under the chassis, so the chassis will not get stressed. It is a hard working machine, not a show piece.

I must say thanks to Blake and this site, and to Landis Zimmerman for all the help I've gotten.

Welcome Dick,
I was just in your neck of the woods Saturday evening, the one in Florida. I went down and met a friend and all of us went to the races in Volusia County. Great little city to visit, Salt Springs, Fl, as long as you don't blink!
