Gentlemen,

My father recently passed away and my mother has asked me to help her move his old Cletrac dozer. He aquired the dozer with the best of intentions but was diagnosed with Leukemia shortly after he purchased it. Unlike his Super 55 tractors he was not able to do to the dozer all he'd hoped to do. He did rebuild the hydraulic pump and replaced both power cyclinders.

The dozer has a 4spd gear box with 2 reverse gears. From what I've already read in this forum the dozer probably came with a Hercules engine but now has a six cylinder John Deere motor the starts and runs very well.

Is there a market for old dozers like this and would anyone venture a guess as to what it is worth? The dozer can be seen in the St. Louis area.

Below is a link to some photographs; I can provide more detailed pictures if necessary.

Thank you in advance for your time.

Sincerely,

Bob Sparkman
