was wondering if some one knew of a simple way to get track back on,, with out having to break it apart,,and if have to take apart ,, what tools are needed to get back together,, have not gotten a manual yet

Don't know of a way of putting them on without splitting them, would be harder than spliting them.
You will need at least 2 strong men and a large hammer and drift to split the tracks, there should be a joiner link on each track, a pin held in with a small pin in either end, remove the pins and drive the link pin out being carefull to note the tapper on the pin, and drive it the correct way (if yours has a later set of tracks the pin might not tapper), I had to use the 0xy/ acetylene torch to heat mine first, but you might not need to.  I also made a drift for the job to make it safer to use a sledge hammer, it was simply a pice of aproprite sized bar with a long pice of pipe welded to it so someone can hold it while you hit it.  When you come to refit the tracks, I found that a ratchet strap as used to hold down a load on a truck was helpful, we pulled them on until they nearly met and then used the ratchet strap to pull it the last bit and hold it while we put the pin in.  WATCH YOUR FINGERS!!! they are likely to be sharp between the plates and once they start sliding over the front wheels they wont stop for much
