New Guy Oliver Cletrac BD model help

Afternoon all,

My name is Adam, I am new to the forum and was hoping to gain some knowledge on a newly inherited item.  I inherited what I believe to be a Cletrac BD 1936-39 from my great uncle.  I was hoping someone out there with some knowledge would be able to verify this for me, and hopefully place a value on it, so I can find this American Titan a great home.

A little background on the machine; ran about 15 years ago, only used to pull logs to my uncles hobby sawmill, was only started by being pulled by one of the other dozers on the farm.  Due to his age, one day he stopped using it, and it has been sitting under a bunch of trees since then.  I really don't want to scrap it, and I would like to search all other options available.
