I would like to move my 6 volt battery from between the brake handles near the seat to either side on the outside to give myself some foot and leg room. I have a Ware loader frame on my Hg. Anyone suggest a good place to place the battery or have a picture of how or where you placed your battery or any difficulties I might run into doing this. I really would appreciate any and all help. Thank you.

Over the years I have seen several OC3/Ware machines with the battery mounted on the tower that supports the loader arm(s) pivot. Some were well done, others not so much. I have also seen them mounted on the counter balance weight support. Find a place that works for your model of Ware loader and get some battery cables that will reach. On my OC3 I use a Ford starter relay and use the stock push button just to switch the relay, it works much better.

The batteries mounted on the A posts look like they would block your view while digging. Or don't they?
