John Deere 440 ICD question

I didn't end up buying the Oliver BGS, but I now have a line on a 1968(?) John Deere ICD (Industrial Crawler Dozer.  Does anyone have any information on this crawler?  Apparently in good shape, it has the 3-cylinder diesel, ROPS, dozer blade, rear plow/furrow, undercarriage "great shape".  The only thing he says is wrong with it is that the left steering brake needs adjustment.  Is that a difficult task?  Thanks for any information.
