Hi

I have started restoring my 20k. The engine has been rebuilt and the transmission is fine, but the tracks need a lot of work.

I am not sure what to do about the problem in the picture. On many of the shoes the lock pin that keeps the pin from turning in the shoes was missing. This caused the hole to wear badly, and it has worn so far that it could break through.(It is worse than it looks in the picture) Would it be best to weld up the hole and drill it back out, or is there a better way?
