20C lower track wheels

Does anyone have any suggestions on rebuilding the lower track wheels on a 20C? All 10 of mine are wore to the point of rubbing the frame or the roller next to it. Also the one front idler is worn as well.

A friend had some a few weeks ago. Not sure if he still does or not. Will try to find out. Is it the old style or the same style as the AG? My 20C has the same UC as an AG.
