Could anyone give me any information on a Cletrac dozer model that may have been powered by a flathead V-8 engine? I have no more information on the machine other than the flathead motor.  KW

None that I know of. It must be a homemade engine swap. If it was experimental, I would have heard of it and would probably have it in my woods.

Let us know what it turns out to be.

My gramps Howard van Driest was Experimental Engineer at Cletrac and Oliver Corporation. After the plant closed, he and my uncle started an excavating business, initially using Cletrac and Oliver Crawler tractors.
