Do you think you would have time to add my pics in the near future. :D

Not for a while. I am swamped. I usually add them in spurts as I get time on the computer.

My gramps Howard van Driest was Experimental Engineer at Cletrac and Oliver Corporation. After the plant closed, he and my uncle started an excavating business, initially using Cletrac and Oliver Crawler tractors. Oh, O.K.. I was just woundering if you had forgotten about me. I didn't want to appear as though I was bugging you. But at the same time I was curious. LOL.

I wish I had more time to devote to it. Seems I am into too many things. I'll try to get some pictures updated pretty soon.

Hey Blake, remember those pictures I gave you over a year ago? When are you finally going to make me an album?

Ok GaToy,

First of all, let me say this site is not my full-time job and I do it as a service for those interested in Cletrac tractors and company history. It costs me over $XXX a year just for the hosting - this does not include the software I need, the cost of my local ISP, my second phone line, nor any of my time. I do it because I like doing it and as a service to you and those who like this company.

As far as the pictures go, I have hundreds of pictures waiting to go up that were submitted before yours. Sometimes I have time to get to them and I put them up. Lately, things have just been too busy to be able to do it. Every picture submitted needs edited, sized, a thumbnail made, and then uploaded to the right place so folks can navigate to it in an easy manor. In addition to the pictures, a separate page needs to be made for each submitter. Maybe there are better ways to do it, but this is how I established it years ago. High speed Internet would certainly help, but it is not offered here.

As far as your pictures, I would suggest you edit and post them online yourself and then provide a link here so folks can view them. That way you can do it immediately instead of waiting for me to get to them.

Well, I figured after a year and a half that if you haven't posted them by now you weren't going to. I just wish you had printed that in the paragraph about downloading before I wasted my precious time. I too am limited to the time I have until as of late working 10 and 12 hrs. a day seven days a week. I just did it because I wanted to share with others that are interested in these great machines. As for your fees, thats part of owning a website. If you ever accepted donations from people other than buisnesses i'd contribute because I will help out where I can. On my Toyota MR2 site that i'm a member of we pay $10 a year for the ability to send messages and other quirks. This site doesn't have anywhere near that many mmbers but if you put some effort into it you could let the site pay for itself.
