Cletrac E38 identification help

Wondering if anybody could give me info. on a Cletrac E38 with a s/n prefix of 1B?  Would like to know if it's a project worth getting myself into.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

The E38 was made from 1934-1938 ,2 years pre streamlined and 2 years streamlined . 1B should be a 1936 . To most people on this site all Cletracs are worth restoring. Like any antique the condition you start with determines the cost .
