Need help identifying this tractor...

I posted this in the history forum as well, but wanted to know if anyone here might be able to help identify this tractor.  The engine is not original but the tractor is stamped Cleveland Tractor Co.

It looks like the rear end is Cletrac - either from a W or a K-20. Not sure about the track frames or idlers in the front. Never saw anything with a big idler in the middle. I guess that part could be experimental? What do you all think?

Looks like a highly modified H or W to me.  Sure not the original engine.  The tracks look the same as on my H.  The center idler is to make up for missing bottom wheels ( rollers).

I'm thinking it started as an H, but could have been W also.

I viewed the Cleveland Tractor history Album on the internet, and from what I can decipher, The Mod W fits your Tractor. Looks to me that 1920 was the last time that they made Cletracs with a steering wheel..

I took the time to search Antique Tractor Museum on the internet, and there was no pictures of a Cletrac like this... They did have a Picture of a Tractor with crawler tracks on back similar to this, with wheels in front.  Called IRON HORSE...  What ever this Cletrac is, a museum might pay an outrageous price for it.
