I have about 1" difference in my track slack between the right and left track.  The problem is that my right track is all the way against the suspension mount with no more adjustment is left.  both tracks have 31 cleats.  The left track still has more adjustment in it.  I was told that my cleats might be stretched.  Are there new or used tracks out there.  Also I have alot of play in both of the front big track wheel.  I can move it back and forth.  Is there a seal kit made to replace all the seal for the tracks moving parts?  Can you use grease instead of heavy oil.  I was thinking of changing out the button heads with standard grease fittings.

No, do not use grease instead of oil. There's been a lot of discussion on this here, if you want to do a search.

My gramps Howard van Driest was Experimental Engineer at Cletrac and Oliver Corporation. After the plant closed, he and my uncle started an excavating business, initially using Cletrac and Oliver Crawler tractors. All have to try to find a fitting and a oil pump then.

I just use a standard grease gun with the button fitting on the end of a hose--you can order them from Zimmerman for a couple of bucks.
