Model 25 Tracks Spread out

Does any one know why the tracks apear to be spread out if you look at the machine from the front side?
Looks like the front roller bearings are bad but, Is there any other possibilitys?

The main shaft on the track frame is probably worn out, along with the springs and mounts. That is a normal old worn out tractor.
