I would pull the cover off that rearend case if I were you. It doesn't take much to take it off and you'll see more of what is perhaps wrong in there.

Yes I would agree that there is a bearing rusted somewhere  :-\

The cover only had 2 bolts holding it, I have most of the drain plugs out. There is still some water down in there as I havent gotten the very bottom plug out yet.
