Can I replace an earlier idle wheel with holes with a later solid wheel? Do I have to use the early idler supports or can I use the later OC3?  I'm working on an HG-68 and am not sure if some of these parts are interchangeable.  Thanks Cork

I think you can but there may be some slight modification required. I sure somebody on here has done this.

Did you check where I posted those service bulletins? I have the bulletin, I need to find it. How can I contact you?

Hi Cork. Good to hear from you again.
Ideally, you'd need a set of OC3 or very late HG track frames, as the wheel supports need to run along those later square-stock strengthening bars, rather than sit atop like they do on the HG. But perhaps you could just use the earlier wheel supports without a problem.
If John has sent a bulletin showing any modifications, can you share it with me, please?

For all of you I will dig it out, but it might be a few days as it is the fall farming season
