Great idea, especially from the aspect of being able to enlarge and print specific pages when working on a particular problem.

Are you soliciting manuals that you will scan and return to the owner.  If so, I have a few candidates.

How to you plan to handle user id and password assignment to your site?

I would scan them, but i live in Australia so its not so viable to have them sent to me for scanning.

I don't allocate usernames/passwords anyone can join the website via the registration portal. Any uploads are queued for moderation until i approve them.

Any suggestions are warmly welcomed.
