BDH
Just bought this machine. The serial plate says it is a model BDH serial # is 18D660.
Engine # is 1811940DJXC. It has a Ware loader model B, serial # 12-316.
Any idea what year this is? Where can I get specs?
Thanks,
Randy

It is a 1952.  The Model is B, the D indicating diesel, the H is hill side which is a wider gage, I think 8".
They were made for 35 or 36 to 1956.
The engine is a Hercules 3 3/4X4.
The specifications shown at cletrac.org will be close since other than and increase in the bore this tractor essentially remained the same from introduction until the end of production.

Thank you very much for the info. Now I can order a repair manual and get started fixing this thing up.

Yours will be an Oliver then if its a 1952 model, is it yellow with black writting on the radiator? the books are availible from Landis Zimmerman or Jensales.  Good luck. I have been restoring a 1951 BD so if you want to you can contact me at mailto:sam@cletrac.co.uk">sam@cletrac.co.uk
I live in England, got interested in Cletrac's when I brought an Oliver BD in 2001, I now have an Oliver BD a Cletrac BDH and another BDH for parts and have just brought a 1919 model H. I also have a british built Track Marshall 90.  Always keen to hear from fellow collectors.

It apears to be yellow. Not sure what the right color is. Right now it is more rust than paint.

Yellow should be correct if its a 1952, mine had traces of cletrac orange under the yellow.  The wrighting on the radiator on mine was green when I brought it but I'm told they should be black, I like the green though and would be interested what colour your is, if theres any left. Theres a few pictures of mine in the photos on this site. Sam
