Someone needs to buy this: Leather bound Cletrac photo album - Ebay!!! Item number: 3266188358

Someone here needs to buy this. If you do, please scan all the pictures and send to me here at Cletrac.org. Or just mail the album to me and I'll scan it and put the pictures up on the site.

Someone on the site pointed it out to me, but since they have since quit bidding, I want to share it with you all.

My gramps Howard van Driest was Experimental Engineer at Cletrac and Oliver Corporation. After the plant closed, he and my uncle started an excavating business, initially using Cletrac and Oliver Crawler tractors. Well spotted Blake, I've put a bid on it and will deffinitly let you have copies off all the photos if I win it so you all can see them. Sam
I live in England, got interested in Cletrac's when I brought an Oliver BD in 2001, I now have an Oliver BD a Cletrac BDH and another BDH for parts and have just brought a 1919 model H. I also have a british built Track Marshall 90.  Always keen to hear from fellow collectors.

I tried,  but somebody had deeper pockets than me, hopefully they will share it. Sam

Yea, I can't blame you for not going that high. That price was a little ridiculous. Sometimes the collectors of books and toys have deeper pockets than those who actually collect the tractors.
