Allis-Chalmers trailer?

I have a Cletrac BDH and now have what looks like an Allis-Chalmers trailer. The reason I'm not sure is that I can't find a single word about AC ever making a trailer. It does have the AC name on the side, though. It appears to be a 12 ton, 12 wheel, electric braked pintle hitch job. Anyone know anything about these? Maybe AC just brand named someone elses trailer?  14' bed with beaver tail and fold up ramps. Uses California style spoked wheels. Any info is greatly appreciated.  Thanks.  Jim
