I am told that there is a Mazda diesel engine around which runs injectors which will fit my Cletrac. Does anyone know which ones they are. I am also looking to rebuild my motor but don't know about parts availability before I start. Anyone tell me about supply of parts or alternative brands for rings etc

Ebay Aust. has a cletrac engine for sale - item number 221191953476 Anyone care to have a look and advise? The seller says it might be a OC18 or FDE. I have a BD 1948 model. Is it worth the amount being asked? My motor mixes the water into the oil so will definitely need some work/repair. Any help gratefully received.

Can anyone help with any locations to pick up engine overhaul parts/kits for a djxc engine. Mine has water in the oil, but still runs. I don't want to pull it to pieces if I can't get any bits. Head Gasket? rings? bearings? Or could it just be welsh plugs? I live in Aust. so exchange engines might be difficult. thanks

Can anybody help with info about any interchangable starter motors for my 1948 BD with  DJXC Engine. The starter needs a complete rebuild. Were any other starters interchangable, saw one on ebay for a herc. wxlc3, looks the same but is it? It would certainly be a lot cheaper. Thanks, Denis

I have just picked up a 1937 bd. I would like to start to restore it but need some technical info about the machine. I am looking for a workshop manual/operators manual. Some bookshops sell one for a BD as Oliver /cletrac after the takeover. Are these the same machines as mine? Does anyone have access to a cd with the manual on it?
