Blake, what is an overrun clutch for the pto?  My B, when I push in the clutch with the bushhog, the tractor continues in the forward direction until the mower stops.  Got my heart going a bit a couple times because usually it happens when the front end is already on its way up.   Is this what the overrun clutch controls?  What is the difference in a live pto?  I am guessing that a live pto, the shaft continues to spin even with the clutch pedal depressed?

Looking at buying a oliver cletrac crawler to help skid as well as bushhog around my place.  Currently, I am using a 47 Farmall B with a 5ft bushhog that has 18 hp.  I understand that the cletrac oliver smaller crawlers have about 20 hp.  Just curious how they like to pull a 5ft bushhog on hilly terrain.  I got some steeper places around that the B likes to rare up, etc.  Thanks for you input.

Thanks guys for you input.  The hunt is on.  If anyone is selling one around the area, let me know.  The only one I have found is about an hour and a half from me and is a oc3 with 42 gauge tracks.  He is asking 2500 obo, however, it does not appear to have a pto shaft at the rear.  Will continue looking and let you know when I pick one up.

Hello to all.  Have a couple tractors and really interested in finding a cletrac crawler to add to the fleet.  Been reading a lot about them and am currently searching for one.  Looks like a great site to find any info I may need in deciding which model is best for me needs.  Have a rolling farm and am looking for a crawler to do some bush hogging etc on some steeper grades.  Very glad I found this site.  Currently have my grandpas old tractor, an AMF 1414, a 47 farmall B, and an Oliver 77 diesel.
